In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the cun99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cun99 does not permit access by any person under 21. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process.
2. Personal Capacity: You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and agents registering on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
3. Single Account: You may only hold one Account on cun99. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account closure order issued by cun99 or any affiliated platform.
5. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access cun99 services, you must complete the registration process at cun99.one. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, email address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not being coerced or acting on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that cun99 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.

cun99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approved Accounts are issued on the condition that all representations made at registration remain accurate throughout the Player's relationship with the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cun99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your cun99 Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and maintain control of the associated device or contact method.
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Notify cun99 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

cun99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Clause. Transactions completed using your credentials before you report a compromise to cun99 will be treated as authorized.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Funds deposited from a payment method must be withdrawn to the same payment method unless otherwise approved by cun99 in writing.
• cun99 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB).
• cun99 may apply additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed defined risk thresholds or that are made from Accounts with incomplete KYC documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the cun99 Account holder.
• cun99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, Prohibited Activity, or technical issues.

cun99 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cun99 bonuses:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or payment methods will be treated as Prohibited Activity.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may carry reduced contribution rates. Full contribution tables are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• cun99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a running promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in.
• cun99 may decline to award a bonus, revoke a previously credited bonus, or withhold Bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine risk.

All games available on cun99 are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio, supplemented by the following platform-wide policies:

• All casino games on cun99 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer products, licensed physical dealing equipment verified by the game studio's internal control procedures. cun99 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on cun99's server, the server record shall be the definitive authoritative record.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — void all affected bets. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the relevant section of the Platform, covering markets, settlement rules, and void conditions.
• cun99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrect market, or placed at an erroneously published odds price where the error was reasonably apparent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cun99 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one cun99 Account, whether under your own name or the name of any third party.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process; using stolen payment credentials; or submitting fraudulent documentation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of any deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting cun99's internal dispute resolution process.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly at live dealer tables or in poker-format games.

• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting a known software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated from known errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using cun99 for any purpose connected with the proceeds of crime, money laundering, or terrorist financing. cun99 cooperates fully with law enforcement in such matters.
• Underage Play: Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cun99's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
